Our Goals

The Plano Art Association is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to encourage artistic development of members, to advance artistic values in community projects, to further art education, to encourage creative activities related to art, and to bring artistic values into everyday living.

Plano Art Association History

The Plano Art Association was formed in 1969 as a non-profit organization. It continues to be a vital part of the community.

Board of Directors Meetings

Board meetings are held on the second Monday of the month. The general membership of PAA is invited and encouraged to attend board meetings.

General Membership Meetings

The general membership meetings are usually held on the fourth Monday of the month at the ArtCentre of Plano at 7:00 P.M., September through May.

Volunteers Needed for Board Positions

More than ever the Plano Art Association needs volunteers to step forward and offer their skills in any way possible. We have a core group of very enthusiastic, creative people but we do need assistance in various areas if we are to successfully accomplish out goals for this year coming year. Members are encouraged to attend the general meeting and learn more about volunteer opportunities with PAA.
